In this episode, musician, writer and author Saskia Holling talks about her latest book, 'Girlsville-The Story of The Delmonas and Thee Headcoatees. Inspired by the Riot Grrl movement of the early '90's, Saskia formed her first band Fud and was introduced to the Medway music scene by her partner, former Milkshake Russ Wilkins. Here she talks about her obsession with the Girl Group genre and some of the bands she has been in, including Sally Skull, The Nettelles and, most recently, Thee Girl Fridays.
